Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original protective bags and shipping box, ensuring the pre-paid return label is securely attached to the outside.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a convenient collection time or drop off your package at an authorized service point.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
